Thought I would give myself my little weekly treat this morning! Had a nice breakfast of (frozen) Eggo Plus blueberry waffel, like 3 tbs homemade whip cream, loads of strawberries and rasperberries, some cubed cantaloupe and honey dew melon, 5 dark chocolate chips and some slivered almonds ;D So good and staisfies my little indulgence of the week!
Boring, lazy, lonely, Saturday. My parents went out on a boat cruise all day and aren’t getting home till later. I’m bored and really just wana stuff my face with chocolate, but I won’t. I know I’m not hungry, just bored so I grabbed some frozen mango. Holla.
Pre run: 1 cup Green tea
Post run: 1 cup Liberte 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, with 1 cup berries (blueberries&raspberries), 1/3 cup Natures Path Organic Granola
Lunch: 1&1/2 cup homemade black bean veggie soup with the last of my Zuchini “pizza”
Snack: 1 bowl of cubed honey dew and cantaloupe melon and a green tea
Dinner: Roasted asparagus and button mushrooms (roasted with 1 tsp evoo, and garlic) with 1/2 whole grain tortilla, Ives Garden Veggie Burger with 2 cups spinach, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and salsa
Snack: Frozen mango, pineapple, and cherries
